Frequently asked questions

• Can I bring more than 6 people?

  Our games have a maximum number for a reason, normally for your comfort. We always recommend splitting bigger teams for your enjoyment but if you feel you need a bigger team, just get in touch before you book.

• Do you do parties?

  Yes! Very much so! Get in touch to take advantage of our party package

• Do you do corporate nights?

  Yes! We can host up to 25 people and provide you with a room to meet and greet or offer your guests arrival drinks. Just get in touch to take advantage of our corporate event booking discounts

• Can my children play without an adult in the room?

  No. Younger players must have at least 1 member of the team over 18 years of age. They must be in the room with the team and will be encouraged to be actively involved. It is not down to your games master to manage the behaviour of younger players. Any teams not respecting our games will be asked to leave mid game.

• Where do you recommend for dinner after the game?

  We are very spoilt for choice with the eateries near by. Grab a curry at Taste of India, head to Driftwood for stunning views or the Farmhouse is also just a 5 minute drive away. If you have younger players, the Longfrie Inn is just round the corner or pop along vazon to Crabby Jacks.

  We always advise to contact any of these venues to confirm dining availability in advance.

• How long should I leave for my visit?

  You should arrive at the time on your booking. You will have a short briefing and then play. We aim to make our games an hour but we want to see you do well and have therefore updated our ethos to allow slightly longer to ensure that you finish your game if you need the time.

• One of my team has an access barrier, can you accommodate this?

  We will do all we can to make sure your visit is as smooth as it can be. We are able to turn down sounds in games or warn about loud noises in a timely manner. We can walk worried players through the game before they begin. Two of our games are wheel chair friendly and we can make alternative arrangements in our other games for those able to transfer to a chair within the games. We always strive to do all we can so just get in touch. We make great challenges because we love to solve challenges!

• Can I play the Christmas game all year round?

  Obviously! Who doesn’t love feeling festive in June!

• Do you sell gift vouchers?

  We are able to offer vouchers to all of our rooms. Book a combination of vouchers to your desired gift amount and we will send you a booking code. This way, the team that you are gifting are able to select the game they wish to play and the time they wish to play it without you needing to pre arrange it for them. They’re super simple and made a great gift. Give memories, not clutter!
